This, obviously, is Wallace. This picture makes me laugh for two reasons. Well actually three.
First, he got this cap while visiting the Vieille Case village office, it was being sold to fund raise. He was unsure about the purchase at the time but then the cap and him became inseparable.
Second, this picture was taken in December 2009, during election time in Dominica, at a Youth For Peace rally. He was the MC and so he had to be presentable but I laugh at the fact that he couldn’t resist wearing his colors… his red labor t-shirt is peeking out from under his shirt. Wallace is a staunch labor supporter and wore red pretty much every day during the entire election campaign.
Third… well it’s Wallace and he makes me laugh in general. Which is a good thing. 🙂
