Lunch at Angie’s

Lunch at Angie’s became a tradition in the second year of my stay in Capuchin. I would be invited to lunch and bring desert, usually cake. It consisted of a creole plate with some type of meat in sauce and an assortment of beans and carbs. Always lovely and most weeks the best meal I had all week as cooking for one can be quite boring.
