Beth came to stay a couple of weeks ago and I decided to actually cook a full Sunday lunch. And this is the results, which, if I do say so myself, was really nice.
The pork chop was slow cooked with onion and I used the juices to make gravy. The sides are Beth’s amazing garlic cheesy mash, rice, green beans and christophene. We had chocolate fudge cake with homemade chocolate and coffee icing for desert and French wine to accompany. Not bad !
