This is my attempt at brioche… served hot from the oven with butter and honey. Ah! The guilty pleasures of life. Every so often I get the urge to cook, which I love to do but is not so fun when it’s only for you, and I try something new. It came out rather nice, if I do say so myself.
This recipe was actually a trial run before I made a series of brioches for the children at the Clifton Primary School to illustrate the ‘Galette des Rois’ on French Day.
